Gerry's Apple Dip

1t vanilla

1C brown sugar
1/2C confectioners sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 to 1C SKOR toffee chips

Mix all together. Store in the refrigerator.

We have also made it without the toffee chips and it was still great!
