Steve's favorite cold weather drink! For each drink:
1 twist lemon peel studded with 3 whole cloves
2 oz dark rum
1T brown sugar
2/3 C apple cider (or 2/3 cup water and 1 envelope cider mix)
1T butter
1 cinnamon stick
Combine the studded peel, rum and brown sugar (cider mix) in mug.
Bring the cider (water) to a boil and add to the mug.
Stir in the butter using the cinnamon stick.
Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg (or not!) and serve.
