Works every time - even with frozen ears!
Bring a large pot of water to a furious boil. Drop in the corn.
Put a tight fitting lid on the pot and wait for 1 minute
Turn off the heat and let sit for 10 minutes
Remove the first servings and leave the rest in the pot.
